Not that we're supposed to have favourites, but this Stuffed Butternut with Wild Rice & Pecan Stuffing might come close to being our pick for this year! Perfect Christmas flavours - lightly toasted pecans, cranberries, sage, a little mandarin zest and juice all in a perfectly slow roasted butternut pumpkin. Light enough to pair with a fresh salad for a hot Australian Christmas, or serve with our scrumptous gravy for a more traditional feel.
We use all gluten-free ingredients to make this centrepiece (although please remember that we work in a kitchen that handles flour, so our butternut might not be suitable for those with severe reactions).

Our Roasted Butternut weigh about 1.2kg and are perfect for 4 to 6 people, or more as part of a buffet.
