We love Sri Lankan curries! They're deliciously spiced, nice and hot and rich with coconut cream.

We think you're going to love this dish which is fragrant & full of flavour.  It's an irresistible curry of roasted butternut and eggplant, which we then top with crunchy green beans and curry leaves. It's set to become a firm favourite on the menu in 2021!

Pair with 

Simply pair with some of our coconut rice, or make your own plain rice.

Serving Sizes 

Our Sri Lankan-style curry comes in a 1kg serve. It's perfect for sharing with family, or to share between two and have leftovers to heat up the next day.

Cooking Instructions 

On the Stove Top:

Allow to defrost. Remove compostable bag and place in compost where possible or return to one of the Plant Kitchen team when they drop of your next delivery.

Put in a saucepan over a gentle heat and warm through until piping hot.

Serve with rice.
