There is possibly no finer summer dessert than the great Aussie Pavlova. Somehow it always seems to steal the show!

When faced with hosting Christmas, we know many people find them hard to make (or just don't want the fuss). And you've probably not even considered how to make a plant-based version. But don't worry, after lots of experimenting and tasting sessions, we reckon we've got it just right.

It has a crispy and crunchy crust on the outside with a soft and marshmallowy inside. Yum!

It comes with our special plant-based cream and passionfruit to add before serving. You have the option of adding more fruit (why not?) or simply serve as is.
