A decadent & rich dessert, dotted with tart raspberries and drenched in luscious chocolate sauce. 

Simply take from the freezer, dust with the chocolate 'sauce', add water and place in the oven. All that's left is to serve your delicious, fresh-baked pudding, don't expect there to be much left the next day!

Serving sizes

Our Chocolate and Raspberry Self Saucing Pudding will serve four to six people and weighs 600g.

Ingredients & Allergens

Vegan butter, sugar, flax seeds, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, raspberries, light brown sugar.

Cooking Instructions 

Cook from frozen.

Remove compostable bag & place in compost where possible, or return to the Plant Kitchen team when they deliver your next order.

Sprinkle the small container of chocolate powder over the pudding. Give it a shake.

Add 300 ml of boiling water (or at least very hot).

Place in an oven preheated to 160°C and bake for 30 minutes, or until piping hot throughout. Please note that cooking times vary widely.
