Cooking Instructions 

From frozen: remove compostable bag and place in compost where possible. Alternatively, return to one of the Plant Kitchen team when they deliver your next order.

From frozen. Preheat oven to 160°C and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until piping hot. Please note, heating times vary widely.

Alternatively, defrost overnight and then place in the oven at 160°C until piping hot.
