Nutty, chewy farro grains, paired with green beans, broad beans and edamame, plus capers, currants and lightly sauteed celery, our Farro, Bean and Chermoula salad is a vibrant and interesting meal for one, or side for many. We finish the salad with a herbaceous & spiced Chermoula dressing of ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, parsley, coriander and garlic.
This hearty salad makes a fantastic meal on its own, or a wonderful side with dishes like our Cauliflower & Turmeric Kuku & Green Sauce.
This salad will fill up one very hungry person, add a handful of rocket and it will easily serve two. As a side it will feed three to five people.

Instructions: Serve warm or cold. Either allow to defrost in fridge overnight and serve, or cook from frozen. To warm from frozen, pop out of container onto an oven tray and warm in a very low oven (130) for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
