Our chilli has sun and soul! We use delicious and nutritious sunflower seeds to make a plant-based mince as the base of our chilli, and then slow cook with black beans, chipotle and peppers. Quite spicy, a little bit smoky, and oh so delicious!
Serve with a simple side of rice, or roast a sweet potato, halve and top with our chilli, some avocado slices and a dollop of coconut yoghurt. Make it a real feast by starting with our Mexican Mushroom Empanadas.
The Smoky Sol Chilli comes in a 650g serve, suitable for 2-3 people with a serve of rice.

Cook from frozen. Pop out of container into a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium heat until piping hot.
Alternatively, defrost in the fridge overnight. Pour into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until warmed through.
