If we had to choose a favourite crumble it would have to be rhubarb. And what better combination that the sweetness of pears combined with the complexity of ginger.
In just 30 minutes, you can have a freshly baked crumble on the table. Simply choose an accompaniment or enjoy on its own.
Note: If you have a very sweet tooth, you might like to add a little extra sugar to the crumble. We've purposely made it sweet, but not too sweet, for those that like it that way.
Goes well with our very own whipped coconut cream. Alternately, the warmth of a crumble fresh from the oven contrasts perfectly with a good quality vanilla ice cream.

Place Rhubarb, Pear and Ginger Crumble in an oven preheated to 170°C and bake for 30 minutes, or until piping hot throughout. Please note that cooking times vary widely.
