Our creamy risotto features delicious artichokes and lightly sautéed spring greens, flavoured with lemon zest and parsley.
We've switched out the usual risotto rice for nutrient-packed Farro - an ancient whole grain loved in Italy for it's nutty flavour and chewy texture, which provides the perfect base for this dish.
Needs no accompaniment.
This dish comes in a 1.2kg size and will happily serve 3-4 people.
