Classic Lasagne
Regular price $26.00A classic lasagne with a twist. We make a rich and flavoursome bolognese sauce from minced sunflower seeds, cooked for hours with tomatoes, herbs and red wine. Then we layer it with sheets of pasta and a dairy-free bechamel sauce.
Serving Sizes
Our classic lasagne weighs 1.2kg and is suitable for 2 very large serves (if you don't wish to have accompaniments), 3 regular serves, or 4 serves with accompaniments.
Pair with
A simple rocket salad with pear slices and a little balsamic vinegar. And a great red wine.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen:
Cook from frozen. Remove compostable bag & place in compost where possible, or return to the Plant Kitchen team when they deliver your next order.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover with aluminium foil. Bake for 60 minutes, until piping hot. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
