This is a deliciously creamy, fragrant masala-spiced chickpea curry blended with the natural sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes.
Whilst not traditional, we've used sun-dried tomatoes to flavour our masala - it adds a lovely depth and richness to the flavour.
Make it a real (healthy & plant-based) take-out style feast by pairing our masala with a serve of our coconut rice and our delicious 'Butter' Jackfruit. Alternatively, opt for a lighter meal by quickly blanching some snow peas and broccolini in boiling water while you wait for the curry to warm.
Our masala is available in a 650g portion, which will be suitable for two to three people with accompaniments.

This container (despite its looks) is compostable in a commercial facility. Please return to one of the Plant Kitchen Team for composting.
Instructions: Cook from frozen. Pop out of container into a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium heat until piping hot.
Alternatively, defrost in the fridge overnight. Pour into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until warmed through.
