So much fun! The perfect indulgent individual serve for Christmas Day! First, we poach globe artichokes and remove the centre leaves. Then we make a delicious risotto of Porcinis, Mushroom and Truffle to stuff the artichokes. Finally we top with a pistachio crumb.

We use all gluten-free ingredients to make these Individual dishes (although please remember that we work in a kitchen that handles flour, so might not be suitable for those with severe reactions).

Serving sizes

Our Stuffed Artichokes weigh about 350g and are perfect for one person.

Cooking Instructions

"Stumbling across The Plant Kitchen Co has been our best discovery for 2020. These are the best meals on the market today (plant based or otherwise). The meal sizes are great, the taste is amazing, and the cost is about on par with what you'd spend to buy the ingredients for a similar sized meal yourself from the supermarket - except it takes 2 minutes of prep time to pop them in the oven, rather than spending an hour on prepping a fresh meal each night." - Matt H
