A whole roasted mushroom, stuffed with caramelised red onion, then topped with the an amazing truffled stuffing of pecans, sage, onion and orange zest, then finally wrapped in a perfect puff pastry. Just pop in the oven and serve with our gravy and salad or roast vegetables for the easiest Christmas ever.
