The perfect individual dish for Christmas Day. A whole roasted mushroom, stuffed with caramelised red onion, then topped with the an amazing truffled stuffing of pecans, sage, onion and orange zest, then finally wrapped in a perfect puff pastry. Just pop in the oven and serve with our gravy and salad or roast vegetables for the easiest Christmas ever.

Our ultimate vegan gravy, Maple Carrots and Peas & Leeks in Thyme and Lemon Butter.

Serving sizes

Each of our individual Mushroom Wellingtons weigh about 280g and are perfect for one person.
