The perfect centrepiece for your Christmas buffet or table. First, we slowly poach whole beetroot in red wine and spices. We then wrap the beetroot in thin tarragon crepes between layers of sauteed mushroom and our Brandy & Walnut Pate. Finally, we wrap it all in layers of puff pastry and decorate with a latticework pattern. Just pop in the oven and serve with our gravy and salad or roast vegetables for the easiest Christmas ever!
