If you were feeling guilty - don’t! The deliciously gooey and flavoursome sauce covers sautéed broccoli, kale and edamame. Could this be the most perfect way to eat your vegetables? The ultimate comfort food and works as a main or a side.
Pairs with
Perfect for a delicious lazy midweek meal. Just warm in the oven and dinner is served! No accompaniments needed. But if you did want to add a side, it would go well with a salad or sourdough.
Serving size
Our Mac n' Cheese n' Greens weighs 900g and will serve three or four people as a side, or two to three as a main, depending on accompaniments.

Macaroni, broccoli, kale, edamame, cashews, sauerkraut, tapioca, nutritional yeast, miso paste, paprika, basil, parsley, salt.

Cooking instructions
Cook from frozen: Remove compostable bag and place in compost where possible or return to one of the Plant Kitchen team when they drop of your next delivery.
Cover with aluminium foil. Preheat oven to 160°C and bake for around 30 minutes until warmed through. Remove foil and cook for a further 10 minutes and serve when your Mac n' Cheese is piping hot.
